First photo was taken before the rhinoplasty, second 1 month after and 3rd one 1 year after. It used to be much smaller the first 1-4 months, I loved it but i started noticing that it was getting longer and longer and now the size is exactly the same as before the surgery, my surgeon doesn't reply, why did this happen and how is this possible? I'm 22.
