I agreed to a finesse surgery, I had a boxy tip which I liked, a supratip, wider nose with a flat top bridge, and zero breathing issues. all 4 of my valves are collapsed, perforated septum, septum was cut short (against my wishes, as I said I didn't want a short pig nose, and I already had a longer upper lip). My nasal bones are now collapsed in. Twisted tip, extremely asymmetric nostrils. Overly respected cartilage and bone. Bridge was shaved too low and thin. Zero deformities prior to surgery.
