Do Latera Spirox implants fully dissolve and if so how long does it take to fully absorb?

Latera implants are made of the same material as vicryl suture. They are much more solid and the longevity of the implants are said to be in the range of two years and then they will dissolve. There is some thought that they cause an inflammatory reaction that leads to scarring which also helps to firm up a collapsing external nasal valve. I am a little skeptical of this but if you require a second treatment the procedure is quite simple to perform in an office setting under local anesthesia
