Three years ago, my surgeon used free diced cartilage to build up my bridge. However, he used overly large fragments, resulting in irregular cartilage pieces showing through my thin skin. A year ago, he overlay a 1mm sheet of Alloderm on top of the diced cartilage graft, hoping to camouflage the irregularities. But as soon as the swelling subdued, the irregularities surfaced again. What options do I have to revise this? Who are some of the best surgeons in the country to fix problems like mine?

That is very unusual. That is not a typical pattern expected with steroid induced dermal atrophy. Looks more like visible diced cartilage? I would need to see more photos and have more information about the revision surgery to offer much advice. Consider re-posting your question with more photos...
