I had a revision rhinoplasty over 12 months ago using rib cartilage. I'm relatively happy with the results however the tip is a bit too pointy. Can the rib cartilage that was used in the tip be shaved down slightly with a needle through the skin or is a full revision required to result the graft? The reduction in the tip will be less than 1mm
