I am 22, almost 23 years old, and I've always had very perky breasts until the past year. At 19 I had C cups from birth control but now they are down to a deflated B. They were perky until 1 yr ago, they started sagging after I took accutane (it made my skin so thin and saggy everywhere! Has anyone heard of this?) No huge weight changes. I might consider a lift in the future. I don't like implants, I am against them. Would it be possible to achieve small perky B-cup breasts with just a lift?

Answer: Normal or abnormal breast perkiness for a 22 year old female? Many factors can affect breast shape and feel during a woman's life. Pregnancy, weight loss, weight gain, puberty, birth control, developmental irregularities, just to name a few, can all have significant effects in size and shape of the breast. I do recommend you follow up with your primary care physician for an evaluation and general physical, just to make sure.In your case it's not clear what has occurred, but you have normal, aesthetically pleasing breasts with no sagging. You don't need a lift, but maybe an increase in volume. If you are considering increasing volume and do not want implants, there is the alternative of using your own body's fat (autologous fat transfer) to increase volume.Accutane can interfere with proper healing, so surgery should be postponed for at least a year.I am unaware of any changes to the breast with the use of Accutane.Hope this helps.

Answer: Breast Lift My recommendation would be to do nothing. Unless you want an implant to increase volume (which you don't) I would not recommend having surgery.
