I would strongly recommend first choosing an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and discussing your options. I'm not sure what you mean by "mini" breast lift.  The usual lift takes about 2 to 3 hours sometimes done concurrently with a breast augmentation.

I am not sure by your limited description what you desire.  In general a breast lift can vary in price from surgeon to surgeon and in different regions of the country.  It can cost in NYC between $8000-$15000.

I'm not sure about the "mini-lift".  You either lift or you don't lift.  Expect it to cost $5,000, maybe more, depending on the circumstances.
