Thank you for your good question. ThermiTight is an excellent treatment for skin tightening along the jawline and neck. This device delivers radiofrequency energy via tiny probes deep into the dermal layers, where it boosts collagen levels and constricts tissue for a firmer appearance and visible reduction in jowl formation. It is also helpful for treating loose skin under the neck. Infini RF is a microneedling treatment that combines the needling process with gentle radiofrequency heating for an even more dramatic effect. This treatment does more to improve the skin’s surface, as increased collagen at this level creates smoother, more radiant skin. You can have either or both treatments, depending on your needs and goals. Make sure you work with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in these devices to ensure an optimal outcome.

ThermiTight utilizes a small electrode inserted under the skin to heat tissue to a selected therapeutic temperature.  Literature has shown that elevating skin to a therapeutic temperature level can contract collagen molecules and stimulate collagen production, which may give the appearance of lifting or tightening,

To best answer your question,  it  depends on how much skin laxity you have.   ThermiTight can work well in the thigh area to tighten skin that is mild to moderately lax.  . Surgery may be a better option, if you have excessive laxity.   Results with ThermiTight vary from patient to patient.  You should experience some overall improvement.

A combination approach will give the most improvement. There are a lot of options for improving this area and this often means fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, microneedling/prp, rf treatments/ultherapy and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Honestly, a combination of all three treatments would probably be the best. ThermiTight is great for tightening and lifting loose skin. ThermiSmooth and Infini RF will help with fine lines, wrinkles, and skin texture. Add fillers and botox to further optimize your results. Unfortunately, there is no one treatment that will address all of your concerns. Make sure you find an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and evaluation. Best wishes. 

Thank you for your question - I am sure many others wonder the same thing, as there are so many options, all making similar claims.  Unfortunately, there are few, if any, scientific studies directly comparing these technologies, so no one can tell you definitively if one is better than the other.  In my opinion, nothing is better than ThermiTight at tightening skin.  ThermiSmooth or Thermi 250 are both non-surgical options from the same manufacturer, but require a series of treatments and still not quite as dramatic ass ThermiTight.  Many other devices from other manufacturers are also available with mixed reviews (check out "Worth It" ratings on RealSelf).For correction of facial aging, however, the best approach is to address not only skin laxity, but also atrophy (shrinking) of facial fat pads, and skin surface changes, such as "sun spots," etc.  For a minimally-invasive face lift without a big surgery, I would recommend facial fat grafting with the ALMI product, ThermiTight, AND maybe InstaLift if more of a lift is needed than can be expected with ThermiTight alone.  Additionally, for skin rejuvenation, consider either microneedling with PRP and/or laser resurfacing.  Using these technologies in combination has a synergistic effect and can produce truly drastic improvement without having to undergo major surgery and subsequent "down-time."
