Hi, I had one treatment of Thermi RF and 3 treatments of ThermiSmooth 2 months ago and I have seen zero improvement in my stomach area. In fact, my skin almost looks looser to me. Should I be discouraged? I know full results aren't seen till 3-6 months but many doctors say that patients begin to see results at 6-8 weeks. Also, are there any things I should avoid doing that might hinder my results? Thanks for the help!

But this varies by patient and by the quality of the skin that was being treated. Abdominal skin may take longer to tighten than the neck or face simply because it covers a larger area. Take some photos now, wait a few months, and then take a few more photos in the same kind of light for comparison. If you don't see the results of your procedure at that time, feel free to contact your board-certified dermatologist for a follow-up consultation.

Usually, thermitight starts to show itself around 3 months or so, with a better result visible at 6-9 months, the body taking longer than the face. Remember to follow with your surgeon as they will track your progress and might even do a photo comparison for you down the road. Remember, you look at yourself everyday so it might not be as obvious at first!
