Thermitight RF of upper arms and it has been 11 months. My arms are more wrinkled. What went wrong? (photos)

It's hard to say what's going on without seeing before pictures of your treatment. A couple reasons may be that they did not reach a therapeutic temperature with the device. Another possibility could be that they were at the wrong depth and melted fat without tightening the skin, therefore making the wrinkles appear worse. Again, it's hard to say exactly what went on without knowing the details of your treatment. I would recommend you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns. Best wishes. 

I would need to see photos of your skin before your treatment to give you an idea of why you did not see satisfactory results. I can tell you that although ThermiTight is not a surgical procedure, it does require a tremendous amount of precision and skill in determining the proper placement and depth of the RF heating. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist for further assessment. 

Usually a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with the arms. Based on your picture, you are a candidate for an arm lift which can be combined with a hi definition procedure at the same time. For best results with areas like the arms, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition.
