I had surgery 6 months ago to reduce from 800cc to 550. I was told my breasts would be lifted and my nipples would be a bit higher but the same size. I absolutely loved my breasts and nipples, they were just too heavy. My nipple pigmentation has decreased. I had open wounds from an infection that developed that I was initially told to use neosporin for so my scars are prominent. Surgeon told me pigment will come back & still waiting. Can my breasts be improved?

It is chalenging to decrease volume of the breast after so large implants and lift, sometimes. You should  wait at least 6 more months for result to settle and scars to mature, including return of pigmentation. Only at that time you should reevaluate your result with a surgeon and discuss next option, if needed. Try to be patient. Good luck.

Thank you for your question about your breast results, particularly the issue of uneven nipples and pigment loss. To address this, a revision surgery would be recommended. This surgery, involving an incision around the areola, would help lift the nipples to a more symmetrical position.

For the pigment issue, medical-grade tattooing could be beneficial. Please note that this should be done after the surgical revision, as you don't want to alter the tattoo with surgical intervention. I hope this advice is helpful as you consider your next steps.

The lower sagging can be lifted again. Cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing can be done for loss of pigment. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
