I had surgery 6 months ago to reduce from 800cc to 550. I was told my breasts would be lifted and my nipples would be a bit higher but the same size. I absolutely loved my breasts and nipples, they were just too heavy. My nipple pigmentation has decreased. I had open wounds from an infection that developed that I was initially told to use neosporin for so my scars are prominent. Surgeon told me pigment will come back & still waiting. Can my breasts be improved?

A breast augmentation with the right implant and placed correctly will give you some lift. You do not have severe ptosis or sagging and can always opt for a lift later in life. I would recommend just the augmentation for now. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
Hello, thank you for your question. Sorry that you had to experience that. It typically takes about 1 year for scar pigment to lighten and to mature. In regards to the area that opened up you will have a widened scar there but consider microneedle treatments to the area.
You did not post any photos, but at 5'3", you do not need to go too much larger. Your surgeon who has examined and measured you will guide you to the correct size. if you go too large, you will just sag from the weight.
