6 months post op - Unhappy with breast lift results. Uneven nipples, pigment loss and sagging. Can this be improved? (Photos)

It is chalenging to decrease volume of the breast after so large implants and lift, sometimes. You should wait at least 6 more months for result to settle and scars to mature, including return of pigmentation. Only at that time you should reevaluate your result with a surgeon and discuss next option, if needed. Try to be patient. Good luck.

Scar revision (which will help with overall breast shape) and a subsequent tattooing once healed should get you to a happy place.

The lower sagging can be lifted again. Cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing can be done for loss of pigment. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
