I told myself I’d lost the weight. And I did. Still a few more lbs to go. I’ve been working out. Will post before and after. Can anything be done for the texture of my skin? :/ any lasers or something? Would I be better off getting a 360 tummy tuck. I Will also add a pic of front. I have enough skin. I just miss my smooth untextured skin :(
Answer: Skin Renuvion with some liposuction can be done for your back to help tighten that skin. It could also be done for your abdomen. EMSculpt would also help tighten your abdominal wall.

Answer: Considering options Are you referring to contours or texture? From the photos it appears you would have a nice improvement of the back with liposuction. J Plasma could be added for skin tightening if needed. For the abdomen a tummy tuck would remove excess fat and skin as well as repair abdominal wall laxity. The result would be a flatter tighter abdomen.

Answer: Energy Liposuction and Tummy Tuck For your back, sides, abdomen, and flanks, I think you would be best to start with liposuction and a tummy tuck. The TT would flatten your abdomen and remove some of the texturing problems. While liposuction alone will not tighten the skin, performing liposuction with energy (VASER ultrasound, SMARTLipo, etc) will increase the chances of the skin tightening. Things like a back lift/bra line excision will improve the contour, but in my opinion your skin does not sag enough to warrant the trade off.

Answer: Revision of previous lip surgeries with skin tightening options, and possible tummy tuck with Lipo Based on your nicely post photos, my recommendation besides a virtual consultation are as follows a tummy tuck with slight vertical incision with a muscle repair, Lipo flanks waste and plasma to help tighten skin. Answer: Choosing the correct procedure Choosing the correct procedure should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem or ideology is.Generally speaking weight loss, patients end up having skin laxity issues.Skin laxity is often perceived as being persistent fat.Loose skin feels like fat.If you take loose skin and pull it tight and then assess for the fat thickness, most people will recognize that their fat layer is quite thin, especially after significant weight loss. This means that patients who’ve lost a significant amount of weight are generally not good candidates for Liposuction, but instead are now ideal candidates for skin surgery. The more weight someone has lost the less Liposuction becomes appropriate and the more they need skin surgery.Skin laxity is probably the number one reason patients failed to get quality liposuction results. At tummy tuck was probably the correct procedure to start with.If somebody has loose skin on their abdomen, then a tummy tuck is the correct treatment. If they also have a loose skin on their side and backside, then the extended or wrap around tummy tuck is indicated. it’s pretty easy and pretty straightforward. At least for those who work in the field.Or at least it should be.The first is always to have a clear understanding of what the problem is.Whether you call it making a diagnosis or an assessment it’s the same thing.Understand the problem and don’t prescribe an operation until you have a clear understanding of what the problem is.Did a plastic surgeon recommend liposuction for you? Or did you go out seeking Liposuction?I highly recommend patience, avoid the temptation of making their own assessments and prescribing their own treatment solutions. This should be done by sufficiently experienced and properly trained plastic surgeons.Related to your lower abdomen will be eliminated by having a tummy tuck since the skin of the lower abdomen will be discarded. As always, I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in their community. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the better provider for your need.
