I had liposuction on my abdomen 2 years ago and was left with this unpleasant lumpy appearance. I'm wondering if this is fibrosis or uneven liposuction and what are treatment options for improving the appearance

You did not say how far out from surgery your are. If you are still in the first 6 months, you have swelling which will subside. If you are after 6 months, excess fat below the dip can be removed. The dip could be filled in with fat. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
I encourage you to wait until you are six months post op before deciding on further surgery. Revision to the liposuction can assist with asymmetry. A tummy tuck may be recommended to improve the abdominal contour. More time is needed to see final results.
I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. An ultrasound can be performed to determine what may be occurring and appropriate treatment recommended. At six weeks you are still early in your recovery.
