Hello - I had fat transfer to breast after implant removal. Fat was taken from my trochanter region and hips. I already had a large buttocks, that is also very muscular. However, now my butt projects too much for me and looks disproportionate. Is there anything I can do to improve this? Thank you!

Your photo is limited, but excess fat above and below could be removed with liposuction. Fat transfer could fill in the dent. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.
Since you are several months out from your injury, your risk is much less. Compression stocking can be applied to that area during surgery. Go visit with a plastic surgeon.
Residual fat can be treated with careful liposuction. The dipped in placed can be treated with fat grafts. Please go to someone who does fat grafting in scarred areas.
