Hello - I had fat transfer to breast after implant removal. Fat was taken from my trochanter region and hips. I already had a large buttocks, that is also very muscular. However, now my butt projects too much for me and looks disproportionate. Is there anything I can do to improve this? Thank you!

Women pay good money to look like you!  You do have some sway back which will increase the projection of your buttock. You might do some physical therapy to strengthen your back and correct this posture.  Otherwise, fat can be added back above the burttocks.
