You are probably thin in those areas and are feeling the implant poking through your thin tissue. This area can be supported with mesh. If your implants are large, go smaller so there is less weight and thinning by the implant on your tissue in this area.

If you’ve had more than one operation than you should include before, and after pictures of each of the previous procedures, including quality description of what the problem was, and what was done.
