Suddenly dents in breast crease (Photo)

Question

Hi. I had implants under the muscle with a lift 6 years ago. The right breast had some issues after a previous implant before that above the muscle that fell out of the pocket after birth but the surgeon made a new pocket and the implant was fine until a few months ago and 2 dents are sticking out , the are lose and squishy i can feel it’s the implant. Did the stiches he used to the new pocket loosen up?

You are probably thin in those areas and are feeling the implant poking through your thin tissue. This area can be supported with mesh.  If your implants are large, go smaller so there is less weight and thinning by the implant on your tissue in this area.

I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations.
To make an accurate assessment we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you’ve had more than one operation than you should include before, and after pictures of each of the previous procedures, including quality description of what the problem was, and what was done.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
