How much will it cost?
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and make the bridge appear higher. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Yes, fillers placed in the nose can make the bridge higher on a temporary basis. They also can have significant complications such as skin necrosis. For a permanent change, consider a rhinoplasty procedure which can accomplish narrowing the bridge line from the frontal view, refining the nasal tip, and narrowing the nostrils. Building up the bridge line from the side view can be accomplished with patient's own cartilage harvested from inside the nose.
