Where has the filler in my nose gone?

I don't believe that injectable filler would migrate out of your nose or completely disappear. Are you sure that you didn't have a saline test injection? Generally speaking, temporary gel fillers last many months in the nose. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hi, thank you for your question. Filler injected into the nose is very unlikely to have gone to another location, like towards the eyes. 
What you experienced is most likely swelling from the filler injection that went down after a week because the choice of filler used was too thin, too little, or injected deeper than required. That is why you don't see the results you wanted. If you can upload a picture, it would help better answer your question.
