Why has my smile been affected by a non surgical rhinoplasty?

I recently got a non surgical rhinoplasty 2 days ago to lift the tip of my nose as it drooped quite a lot - I like the result but it has changed my smile. I cannot see my top teeth anymore when I smile only very slightly. I am hoping this is swelling.....bit worried as I can't see this happen to anyone else who has gotten a non surgical rhino. Please assist!!

Sometimes people smile can be altered after rhinoplasty surgery, however, I'm not sure why that would happen after fillers are placed in your nose. In that regard, please consider asking your question with photographs for a more thorough answer. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

This is difficult to answer without pictures. You may have swelling which is typical after injections and may be impacting your results. It can take 1-2 weeks for final results. Best, Dr. Emer

I have not seen this phenomenon after doing may non-surgical rhinoplasties, though it could theoretically result from filler softening some of the smile muscles in the upper lift.  I suspect it should fade over several weeks.  If not, the filler could be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you do not like it.
