I just got nose fillers and I’m confused - will it go down a bit or will it stay like this?

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after filler injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It can take up to 2 weeks for final results with HA fillers. I would wait a full 2 weeks before assessing results. If it's after the 2 week wait and you're unhappy with your results, you can have the filler dissolved. Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question. After having fillers, there is usually a two week period where swelling and/or bruising can create an uneven or bumpy look.  You should see improvement gradually after the first 3-5 days, however, you can ice the area (with very little pressure) intermittently and take Arnica to help settle the swelling a bit.  Avoid wearing glasses for at least a week so that there is no pressure on the areas that were treated.  If after the two week period, you are still unhappy with the results, be sure to follow up with your doctor.  Depending on which filler was used there may be an option to dissolve it down. Hello. In most cases, there is small amount of swelling post injection. and it will subside in roughly 2 weeks. It also depends on the type/brand of filler your injector used. If you are not sure about anything or have questions, always contact your injector for more details. 

It is possible that the doctor put too much in.  We all should have a natural curve at the bridge of the nose, and it should not be eliminated.  That being said, some settling of the product will occur.  If in 3 weeks you do not like the results, have your injector dissolve the product.

there is some swelling with any injections to the body, this will get better as the filler settles in its area. Minimize handling or rubbing the area, sleep propped on some pillows for the first few days. if you find that is swollen you can use a cold compress or pack, this helps a lot. There is no evidence to say you need to take any medications to minimize swelling such as arnica etc. I would recommend minimizing contact sports and impact sports until a few days have passed. 
if the filler forms a hard bump and it hasn't settled please contact your injector, sometimes there is a small risk of having a small bruise that hardens or even excess filler that needs to be broken down. the photos are not showing anything to suggest that but it would be nice to touch base with your injector not only to be reassured but also to maintain good follow up.
