I had this done around 4-6 weeks ago now and I bruised extremely bad! I’ve had this done 2 time over the last 4 years but I had never had such a bad experience. The bruising has now gone but my nose is still extremely red and warm. I’m not sure what to use or do?

If your nose is red and warm after a non-surgical nose job treatment, it's possible that you developed and infection. HA A sugar molecule and infection or biofilm formation can occur. In my opinion, you should be evaluated by your doctor to see if antibiotics, or another therapy, may be indicated to help you. I wish you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

No, this is not typical. I recommend following up with your injector today. The filler can be reversed with hyaluronidase. Hope this helps.

You definitely need to contact your injector and get evaluated.  It could be a smoldering infection--in which case you may need antibiotics.  Another possibility is vascular compression with decreased blood flow to the overlying skin.  It would still be red and warm because of the subsequent inflammatory process.  Then again, there may be no relation to the injections at all.  However, you need to be examined to find out for sure and prevent further problems.
