I would like to get my nose all around smaller just because it’s pretty proportional with itself, just not the rest of my face. I’d like the bridge lowered, the tip and the nostrils downsized. The bump is made of bone and everything under is cartilage. How much would that generally cost?
Answer: Rhinoplasty Hi, Based on your photos, from tip refinement and hump removal can be benefited. You can have your desired look with Rhinoplasty which executed well, and by Closed Technique your healing will be maximal and tissue damage will be minimal. Kindly Regards,

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty and a conservative dorsal hump reduction. This can be designed to make your nostrils appear smaller. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for the question. You are indeed a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Your bridge needs to be lowered substantially and your nose narrowed. Nostrils can be reduced by performing what is called alar wedge excisions. I prefer these commonly. Estimated cost all fees included would be around $8000 to $10,000.
