based on the photos submitted, the nasal flare is correctable with small doses of Botox. The Nasolabial folds cabin be corrected with precisely placement of HA Filler. So first of all, you have a beautiful smile ;)
The important thing to keep in mind is that there are limitations to fillers.  The crease on the side of the nose (nasolabial fold) can be softened by fillers such as Juvederm and Belotero, however, you will not likely be able to fully make them disappear...specially when you smile.
I would recommend Juvederm Ultra Xc for you, as the folds will be able to handle the more dense filler.
You should start with one syringe and reassess in 2-3 wks to see if you want another syringe.
Both of the material I mentioned above are hyaluronic acid based and very safe.
