The creases by my nostrils, even when I'm not smiling, are really pronounced. When I smile, the crease deepens creating a huge dark shadow. I'm not very satisfied with the appearance and find myself untagging photos because of the dissatisfaction. I would really like to deal with this problem before I age too much.
