Unfortunately steroid injections can leave a depression in the skin although it is unusual to see such an obvious divot. Sometimes they can improve spontaneously over time but you have the option of having  dermal filler injected to provide some improvement. Another option might be the biostimulant filler Sculptra which might provide long lasting results.
