Dr Ali was a complete delight. So precessional but yet had a great bedside manner and made nice conversation while he was caring for me. He was so Gentle and constantly asking if I was Ok. I would do this over again without any hesitation.
I first met Dr. Jamehdor at a friend's house event ( I guess some call it a botox party) in Santa Clarita, CA Since then, I have started hosting my own events and he is truly AMAZING!!! I usually get botox or xeomin for my forehead and have done fillers on my lips 2 times over the past 2 years. He just recently performed Ultherapy (ultrasound skin tightening) for my lower face and even though it 's suppose to take three months to show results, I am already seeing the effects on my jaw line. Give him a call, go see him and I promise you will be hooked. Thanks again Dr. J
You have hit on a very common question raised by many of my patients. I would recommend two treatments based on the pictures I see. 1) Ultherapy for the lower face. Ultherapy is a non-invasive FDA cleared device that uses very specific localized ultrasound therapy to stimulate collagen growth and create a non-surgical lifting effect. It does take 2-3 months to start seeing results. You can also research it on this website. 2) Two to three weeks after the Ultherapy treatment, I would recommend Voluma for the upper cheekbone region. Voluma is a superior filler for this purpose and lasts up to two years. Your injector needs to be experienced, as placing it incorrectly, can actually create a more saggy appearance to your cheeks and face. Hope that can provide some guidance. Keep smiling...people pay to have lips like yours...;) Sincerely, Dr. J
So first of all, you have a beautiful smile ;) The important thing to keep in mind is that there are limitations to fillers. The crease on the side of the nose (nasolabial fold) can be softened by fillers such as Juvederm and Belotero, however, you will not likely be able to fully make them disappear...specially when you smile. I would recommend Juvederm Ultra Xc for you, as the folds will be able to handle the more dense filler. You should start with one syringe and reassess in 2-3 wks to see if you want another syringe. Both of the material I mentioned above are hyaluronic acid based and very safe. Hope that helps.. thanks Dr. J
