Dr. Tamiry is the definition of exceptional! I have been going to him primarily for Botox and some filler for close to a year and I found HautSpa Medica after a lengthy amount of research for providers in the area. If you’re wanting someone to be honest and up front with you about procedures, expectations of results, and taking appointments step-by-step, then Dr. Tamiry is perfect for you. If you’re wanting to go for a bit more exaggerated type of look, this isn’t your place. HautSpa is all about keeping things as natural as possible- which is why I look forward to coming back for as long as I can!
Dear Tannaj,Thank you for your question. From the photos submitted here is my analysis:1. Good facial bone structures2. Well defined and structured lips3. Asymmetry of the brows4. Mild volume loss mid and lower face more pronounced lower face involving the chin with prominence of marionette lines. At our office we address these non surgically with neuromodulators like Botox/ Dysport to create more symmetry of the brows. Next we volumize and produce mild lifting of the mid face to give indirectly corrections to tear troughs. Then we address the chin enhancement with filler to create a better harmony between the nose. lips and the chin.Surgically one might consider rhinoplasty. It is always recommended to have in person consultation with a board certified skilled clinician to address and have a better understanding of your goals.Best of luck,HautSpa Medica, Inc.
Hi there,Based on the limited frontal view submitted analyzing your facial structures reveal the following:1. Volume loss mid- lower face more prominent on the left.( your left ). 2. Prominence of naso-labial folds. 3. Volume loss in lower face as a result of #1. 4. Blurred definition of the chin-jawline leading to increase in extended mental crease and marionette lines. In our patient population we do see facial asymmetry depending on the natural forces such as environmental exposures to sun light, sleeping primarily on one side or even genetics. Your bone structure based on the view submitted looks good. The lips are well anatomically shaped and do not require any significant augmentation. At our office we address these issues with correction of the mid face utilizing high G prime filler, such as Voluma or Restylane Lyft. Giving lift to the mid face will improve the naso- labial folds. We then address the lower face with different modalities we have at hand.I suggest getting a comprehensive consultation with highly skilled physician familiar with different techniques.Thank you for your question and best of all luck.HautSpa Medica, Inc.
Hi Mariasalem,Thank you for your question. There is really no significant downtime after coolsculpting. Swelling, tenderness, bruising may occur after the treatment. These can be mitigated however, with conservative over the counter analgesics. Generally speaking though patients can resume their normal activities after the treatment. The procedure can be done with no preparation. One note to consider is the the number of cycles one receives with coolsculpting in one session. Even then there would not be any contraindications to resume normal activities as tolerated or even going to events. If you are interested I have an Instagram video describing the coolsculpting treatment it’s comparison to other types of body contouring. Best of luck!
The eyebrow symmetry can be achieved using PDO thread lift. Special attention should be given to the type and the number of the threads. Depending on the skin structure and subcutaneous fat ( fat under the skin ) the specific type (s) of the thread (s) is/are chosen. At our office we use barbed threads to achieve the symmetry for maximum results. The dissolvable FDA approved threads are our choice since they stimulate production of collagen and growth factors for up to one year period. Please note that PDO thread lift can take a little time to start showing results. Our patients report seeing results around 3-4 weeks and continuing over time. Best luck in your search.
Thank you for your question. Analyzing the submitted views show triangular shape of the face with mild volume loss more so in the lower face than the mid face. Prominent Marionette lines more on the right than the left. There is also mild volume loss in the mid face again more prominent on the right. Without the animation the NLF actually look pretty good. Here are my recommendations: 1. Creating a heart shape structure of the face by very mild elongation of the lower portion of the chin. 2. Jawline contouring to create a well defined jawline, improving the zone between the jowl and pre jowl structure. This will improve the appearance of the marionette lines. 3. Lifting upper portion of the mid face non surgically. While every face has a different characteristic and anatomy, at our office we perform these procedures non surgically and routinely. There are several options you can choose from. An initial thorough consultation is always the best approach in determining which procedure is best.
