Id like my side profile to look better can this be achieved with fillers? I know I need to lose weight and i also have a 12mm overjet which i will have to address after the wedding what can fillers do in the meantime please

This will depend on the final results you want. Symmetry and contouring of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Fillers will help to give you a more balanced profile. deeper fillers can be used to bring the profile of the chin forward and to blend in dips at the corner of the mouth. Sometimes it is possible to place filler over the rear cheek bone to provide a slight lift, it is difficult to say if this would balance you face without seeing other profiles.

I would highly recommend placing some filler into your chin.  This will really help with your side profile by giving you a more defined jawline.  I would also recommend a Nefertiti lift with Botox to also define your jawline.  Hope this helps.
