About 5 years ago I posted photos of my jowl issue from the front, and received a lot of wonderfully informative answers that helped me a lot. I recently decided to get fillers put in my marionette lines and pre-jowl sulcus & I'm very happy with the results. Now my attention points to how my jowls look from the side, specifically the fat bulge which causes my jawline to droop. What are the best options for attacking this area without a full-blown facelift? Would Kybella help something like this?
