Best options for the "fat droop" in an uneven jawline due to jowls? Female in late 30's.

I can appreciate your area of concern and although there are some surgical solutions that would help, if you are looking for non-surgical solutions, Kybella would be a good option. However, this would be considered "off-label" use of Kybella, and you need to discuss with your surgeon the risks and benefits of this treatment.Best of luck!

Liposuction is done under local and can really help the jawline/jowls a lot and is easy to undergo.

I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin and can be performed at the same time as a neck lift, in those who are candidates. Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Dear hidingundermyhair,Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office.  I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable.  It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.Daniel Barrett, MD
