Congratulations on having your surgery!  The yellow and purple looks like normal bruising.  The dark nipple should be checked by your surgeon ASAP (if it hasn't already been) to assure good blood supply.  Best of luck!  Dr. Jim Romanelli

It appears you have some bruising predominantly one your breast which typically will resolve on its own.  The discoloration of the nipple could be a sign of blood supply concerns and should be evaluated by your surgeon.

Your photos show prominent bruising. This is sometimes a sign of ischemic injury or a problem with the blood supply to the breasts. It is not possible to make this diagnosis on your photos alone. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon who has the advantage of physically examining your breasts.
