I am 5'8, 120lbs, and C/D breasts, age 22. Would it be possible to get reduction to an A or a small B cup? I am quite active, I love to run, swim, lift weights, and I find that they are constantly in the way or get sore after lots of up and down movement (I do double sports bra). It's difficult to find clothing that works with the rest of my body, they feel very disproportionate.
Answer: Breast Reduction Hello and thank you for your question. It appears that you should be able to have a breast reduction. First thing you should do is schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!

Answer: I am 5'8", 120lbs, and C/D breasts, age 22. Would it be possible to get reduction to an A or a small B cup? Yes, your breast size from C to D Cup can be reduced to an A or a small B cup, as you want and it is a very gratifying surgery. For your age, let me assure you, the way we do it will not affect your future pregnancy or lactation issues. So don’t worry, if you want a reduction in size of breast, just go for it.

Answer: Breast reduction You should be able to get a reduction from your current breast size. Enough tissue must be left in order for your surgeon to shape the breast, which should be achievable with a B cup goal. I encourage you to visit with board certified plastic surgeons near you for a consultation. You can discuss your surgical goals and a personalized plan can be developed.

Answer: I am 5'8", 120lbs, and C/D breasts, age 22. Would it be possible to get reduction to an A or a small B cup? You are an optimal candidate for breast reduction surgery as your breast size is disproportionately large compared to the rest of your body frame. The surgery will also help to reshape and recontour your breasts. Very large breasts have the natural tendency to sag or hang low, so breast reduction surgery will lift them up and help them look perkier under tight clothing. The gram amount is dependent upon the density of the breast tissue and the volume removed. No direct correlation exists with cup sizes.

Answer: Bellesoma Lift The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The breasts can be reduced is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
