Thank you for your question and provided pictures. You are a good candidate for Secondary Breast Augmentation and Lift. With Breast Lift and Augmentation, reducing the tissues of your breast and placing the new implant (size depends on your breast and you), you will have more uplifted breasts.

Breast implants can help provide volume to the upper portion of the breast that is hard to accomplish with a breast reduction alone. You will have to determine what your exact goals are before undergoing another procedure. It is reasonable to have a second breast reduction. Though you may have slightly increased risk of wound healing issues. This may prompt your surgeon to consider doing the surgery in stages to minimize your risk.

Hello, thank you for your question. Based upon the submitted photos, a breast lift would likely eliminate the sagging. The vertical or lollipop lift can be used for severe droopiness and involves a vertical and periareolar incision.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery.

When your reduction was done the breasts were left too low. You can have the lifted and possibly further reduced but don’t get an implant. You probably won’t need one and it increases the risks a lit.

If you gained weight and gain in your breasts, you may want to wait until you get to ideal weight or a BMI of 32 or less before having another reduction. If you are at your ideal weight then I would have another reduction with an implant to achieve the fullness at the upper pole of your breasts.
