My breast shape is “normal” when aroused or cold. Realistically, what results can be expected with tuberous breast correction? Is correction possible without implants? (I don’t mind implants, just weighing all options) with such a flat space in between, Is “natural” looking cleavage possible for me?
Answer: General cost for tuberous breast correction? Thank you for your question. You definitely have tuberous breasts, but they are mild. You have a straightforward fix with an augmentation and donut lift. It would be important for you to go on a couple of consultations to assess the ultimate result that you envision, i.e. size and shape. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Breast surgery I would not really consider your breasts to be tuberous and think that a straightforward breast augmentation is what you need. If you want areolae reduction this can be accomplished at the same time but would be an additional cost. Cost will also depend on whether you use saline or silicone implants. Expect the total cost to be anywhere from $6500 to 9500.

Answer: Modified Benelli The technique I recommend is a modified Benelli lift. Using a circumareola incision, it is possible to reduce the size of your areolas, reshape your breast tissue, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breasts Your best option is with implants to create a cleavage. You could try fat grafting to give your breasts some more fullness but this would require several sessions to obtain significant volume.

Answer: Breast evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation and areolar reduction. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. This entire surgery can be performed with a small incision technique. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
