My breasts are asymmetrical and the left has been described by my future Dr as "mildly tuberous" with small ptsosis. He suggested anatomical implants, under the muscle, with an inframammary incision. Is this what you would recommend? Is moderate, round implants an option with this breast shape? I want to achieve a natural looking slope and shape whilst keeping my breasts relatively small. My Dr is in a different city and I will be going for my full consultation a day before my surgery.
