Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.Kind regards
Thanks for your question! I strongly encourage patients to be within 5-10 lbs of their goal weight prior to moving forward with surgery. That is going to ensure you achieve optimal results. Good luck!
Liposuction can safely remove up to 10 lbs during one session. You can continue to lose weight after liposuction. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. You will likely need to lose weight first before undergoing any cosmetic procedure to get the best outcome. For best results, it is recommended to be at your ideal or stable weight before getting a sculpting liposuction procedure. Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure; rather, it is for sculpting, defining and removing problem areas that cannot be removed with weight loss, diet and exercise alone. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. In the meantime, I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a bariatric doctor or dietitian. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear TooNic3,generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider liposuction, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Congratulations on your success so far in your weight loss journey. Yes you can continue to lose weight after liposuction. You can gain weight as well. It may be best for you to meet your weight loss goal and then decide what you would like to address at that time, as significant weight loss or gain can impact your results.
Yes of course you can... Understand your BMI is at this weight is 33.45! The max lipo allowed in office surgery in Florida by rule is 4 liters 8.8 pounds. You easily are at least 6-8 liters of liposuction. So the 1 liposuction will get you started. If you desire more lipo either 2 rounds in office surgery or 1 as outpatient in hospital to have large volume lipo of 8 liters. Fee in office $5,000-$6,000/session. Hospital fees with MD fee $12,000.
Liposuction is not prevent weight loss or weight gain. However, you may notice that you continue to loose weight in that you have invested in yourself.
Your best option is to continue whatever you’re doing that’s obviously working regarding Weight loss.Simply stay on the path and continue losing weight until you are at a healthy BMI.Most patients who successfully lose more bit obesity do not need liposuction but may require surgery to correct skin laxity.A 220 pounds you were still a bit obese to get successful Liposuction.Must plastic surgeons limit fat removal to 5 L or less. In the state of Florida it is legally restricted to 4 L of less. in reality the sense of being about 6 to 9 pounds of fat. You’ve already lost 22 pounds of fat on your own. Continue on with your weight loss and when you’ve plateaued go have a few in person consultations to get an accurate assessment of what may be appropriate procedures to look better at that time.Typically successful weight loss patients don’t need liposuction because their fat exes was gotten rid of through weight loss but may be left with skin issues requiring different procedures.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note moderate fullness of the abdomen and lower flanks, which are the most common fat repositories. Liposuction combined with exercise will provide the result you seek.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation, examination, and...
Seromas of the legs can be very pesky and persistent. You may need a small drain placed to keep the sac empty to let it heal.
You present a very very difficult fibrosis/skeltinization abdominal issue. I have used S.A.F.E. lipo techniques with a drain and specialized taping along with 30 days of lymphatic massages. I have seen so nice results but never a guarantee can be given,. Fee $12,000.
