i know i got the real deal but for 8 months i have been trying to get rid of vollure, but no results. hyaluronidase only got rid of juvederm ultra, but i still have the change in contours created by vollure. it is in areas of no movement (jaw, buccal area, chin and cheeks and cheek hollows). I am afraid it will last much longer than regular fillers. Am i stuck with this face for years or can i liposuction it ( in certain areas i can see pockets of filler).
Answer: Can Vycross dermal fillers be dissolved? Hi Angelika. Yes, most dermal fillers made out of Hyaluronic acid are fairly straightforward to dissolve with Hyaluronidase. But, certain fillers that use Vycross technology have been resistant to duissolving, specifically Voluma. Although this is not public knowledge, there are cases of Voluma injections that take many visits to dissolve. We know this from having spoken with heavy Voluma injectors. For this reason, we have chosen to stay away from Voluma and prefer Radiesse and Restylane Lyft.

Answer: Hyaluronidase will dissolve any form of hyaluronic acid regardless of the manufacturer. Thank you for your question! Hyaluronidase will dissolve any form of hyaluronic acid regardless of the manufacturer. The only thing that one needs to know is that hyaluronidase does not always work from a single treatment and two to three treatments may be necessary in some individuals. Best of luck!

Answer: Do certain #hyaluronicacid #fillers resist dissolving with hyaluronidase? All HA fillers are made with the same active ingredient, but some have a cross-linking technology that is touted to improve collagen buildup. This same technology may make the product last longer but also be harder to dissolve/breakdown. Multiple treatment sessions with hyaluronidase enzyme may be necessary to break these down.Liposuction is unlikely to be the solution since it is not fat you are trying to remove, but rather the HA product and/or collagen scaffold that has built up around/through it. Direct removal of filler product can be done in some cases but requires incisions which can leave scars. Eventually, these products should go away as they are not actually permanent, but it may take more than a year from injection to fully fade.
