I have under eye fat pads that 3 Oculoplastic Surgeons suggested a bleph, drape the fat over, 1 said i should try filler first which he felt would help and could avoid surgery. I went to a well known cosmetic derma for injectables. She wouldn't do filler saying it wouldn't help and suggested laser & botox on side of eyes (5 injects per eye with 1 injection being directly under mid eye). i did botox only, 5 days later i woke w pocket under each eye. is there anything to help with this?

Answer: Lower eyelid puffiness following Botox Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photographs. Injection of Botox beneath the eyes can cause the fullness you are seeing. Wait a few months for the Botox to wear off and follow the advice of an experienced, board-certified Oculoplastic Surgeon. It is usually a good idea to get a couple opinions from different doctors. Good luck,

Answer: Bags Under Eyes After Botox The worsening of the bags under your eyes are likely due to the Botox that was given there. Things will go back to your pre-injection state once the Botox wears off in 2-4 months. I would not recommend doing Botox there again. Fillers and radiofrequency treatments may provide a temporary improvement, but ultimately surgery would be needed to give you the best result. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider. Best wishes.
