Is there a higher chance for Botox to cause droopy eyelid on somebody with Marcus Gunn Jaw wink syndrome?

My eyes are asymmetrical as a result of having Marcus gunn jaw winking syndrome and therefore ptosis on my left eye. I was looking into getting Botox to lift one my left eyebrow to make my eyes look more symmetrical but I was told that due to my left eye muscle being abnormal as a result of the Marcus Gunn that Botox could very easily cause droopy eyelid. I was wondering if this is correct or if the chances of droopy eyelid would be the same as injecting Botox on a normal eyebrow muscle
