Lip filler does not make you more prone to sunburn, however may predispose coldsore formation, as does sun exposure and the 2 may be complicated. It would be advisable to treat this area as coldsores to see if there is improvement

It all depends on the reason you were taking prednisolone. if it is because of an autoimmune condition, it may preclude you from having filler until the condition is stabilised. after filler injections the area may appear red and swollen. it may be tender to touch also. pain is unusual and may be a sign of a complication so it would be best to get the treatment reviewed by your practitioner
Hello Jamie Lou It depends on the cream used and what ingredients. The half life of the cream is usually 2 hours, thus whilst you may expereince some of these effects at the time of application, it would be unlikely that the cream is what is contributing to your current symptoms
