this makes me really mad. that your physiciant didnt explain to you that in agressive and energy based treatments, fibrosis and swelling is normal and this takes 6-12 months to go away. you should be getting massage, RF treatments and have the right compression at this time or the rippling will be permanent.  I suggest seeing a true expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Dear rosavsc,you are still in the early stage of recovery process and you are probably still swollen. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

Thanks for your question. The skin has to contract and swelling has to resolve after liposuction. This is a dynamic process that can take some time to complete. I advise my patients that it is difficult to see a final result prior to about three months. These ripples may well go away on their own. 

It is very early after your procedure. It takes many months not weeks to have a good handle on your result. Have faith in your surgeons guidance; this type of thing gets better most of the time. Massage can still help and certainly won't hurt so do some home massage when relaxing and that can help it get better quicker. Remember that liposuction requires a good 6 months to see 80% or your results.

it may get better or even correct itself over many months.  massage can no harm.  if it does not self correct some type of skin tightening could be used whether it is internal laser assisted using skin tightening wavelength only without aspiration, radiofrequency or ultrasonic.  external ultrasound could be used now and could speed up resolution.
