1 day post septorhinoplasty and my cast and nostrils are crooked. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello,Unfortunately, the photos provided do not show a symmetric or straight bridge or tip. Now is the time to go back in and revise it, as it has been less than a week. This is something that should not be done in the office.  Best of luck.

You are early in your post op period, but it doesn't look promising that your surgeon straightened your nose. I would get an appointment ASAP and have your surgeon evaluate your nose. Sometimes very early after surgery before bone healing, the bones can be manipulated with a mild sedation to get them better aligned. Good luck!

First and foremost, I would recommend you speak to your surgeon about any concerns you have.  That being said, the nose after rhinoplasty will change over the next few months, so there needs to adequate time to pass before a "final" result is obtained.  Hope this helps!
