I am a competitive body builder and am doing the tummy tuck because of excess skin. I am coming off of a 2 year break so I am still trying to drop some more weight. My biggest worry is weight gain post-op. Are there certain exercises I can do now (core work, lower back exercises, etc.) that may help with a faster and better recovery? I have a pretty strong core and overall physique so I am hoping that me being so physically built pre-surgery will allow me to heal a little better. Yes? No?
