Is it normal to see internal stitches after a tummy tuck? (Photo)

Five months out of tummy tuck and you can see the stitches all the way down from my sternum to my belly button. I don't believe these are dissolvable stitches. Will this get less noticeable over time or worse? I have a dr follow up appointment next month but just curious if this is common?

Psyllium prior to surgery should be fine. The narcotics that are given during and after surgery can cause constipation.
