From your photos I recommend continue weight loss . Once you reach you goal weight excision of the excess skin and liposculpture.

Thank you for your question. I usually have my patients wear a custom fitted compression garment for at least three weeks following surgery. I encourage them to wear it as long as as they can comfortably tolerate it after that. I have them transition over to a spanx type garment...

Hi— Thanks for your question.  An in-person exam would be helpful to determine 1) how much of your contour is from fat versus 2) degree of abdominal wall laxity or 3) internal fat.  Abdominal wall laxity can occur with pregnancy, weight increase, or just plain old...

Thank you for your question and pictures. You can have excellent improvement with what I like to call microsuction. This is liposuction done with a very thin cannula. The incisions are at the corner of your mouth, so they are not visible. This can be done under local anesthesia.

Had Aqualipo 5 days ago, extremely bloated and retaining water. Prescribed lasix. How safe is it?

Alidod.  Swelling after any type of liposuction is normal and will resolve over time. I have never prescribed Lasix or any other diuretics after liposuction surgery to reduce swelling, and this is extremely unusual. If you have medical issues that require a diuretic, that is a different story. ...
