Sculptra stimulates fibroblasts to make collagen and elastic fibers, in addition to improving the appearance of the skin trough the generation of a healthy dermis. It generally takes 2-5 treatments given every month or so to get the optimal results depending on your need. To ensure you’re getting the best results, be sure to consult with a board-certified dermatologist!

Sculptra is a collagen stimulator, which means it actually works by having your body produce new collagen to take the place of the injected Sculptra microspheres (which dissolve). This takes time — usually at least two months. Also, we generally administer Sculptra as a treatment series — layering it on bit by bit — for the best and most natural-looking results. Hi Christian.  Normally Sculptra results will show after 4-8 weeks.  The collagen building process does not happen overnight so with Sculptra you need to be patient.  If before photos were taken, we wouldn't recommend even looking before a month and more likely 2.  Also, Sculptra typically involves more than one visit.  While you are very young, you still may require additional vials to achieve your goals.  Good luck and to view photos, click the link below.
