Why would someone with arthritis RA not use Sculptra?

Sculptra is contraindicated in patients with keloids and allergic reactions to the products. It should be sued with caution in patients with autoimmune issues as there may be a higher risk of granuloma formation. Be sure you seek out an experienced injector.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO 

You can have Sculptra with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results.
