Can I get fuller thicker thighs from the knee up using Sculptra?

Theoretically, you can fill out your thighs with the collagen stimulator Sculptra. However, it would be a subtle improvement and would be best to even out curves or create a more beautiful and smooth surface. Adding inches to your thighs would be prohibitively expensive. Please find a board-certified dermatologist in person to find out if Sculptra would give you the kinds of results you desire. 

Thank you for your question. In theory, this can be done. I have used Sculptra in men's chests to fill and lift the upper chest with good results as well as the Sculptra Butt Lift. The problem is going to be on the cost side. Depending on how much enhancement you are seeking, it may take 20, 40 or more vials of Sculptra.
