Recurring Dorsal Bump after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Surgery 7 years ago with rib graft inserted Bump appears on bridge Doctor has scraped away twice with no luck Has surgically removed bump twice Keeps coming back Doctor gives kenalog injections every 3 months to help with tip swelling Is kenalog injection in rib graft/bridge a reasonable approach? Doctor doesn’t seem to think it will help. At a loss and very frustrated here. Any feedback is appreciated

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you cartilage might be dislocate after the surgery and it may be the reason of this image in your septum. It would be better to talk with your surgeon about it. Best Regards!
