Should thick skin have a tip definition revision rhinoplasty?

However, without any photo it is not possible to make a proper evaluation. f you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Thank you for your question. Even with thick skin, further refinement and improvements are possible. I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty. It's best to wait 1 year before undergoing revision.

So, when you have thick skin on the tip of your nose it can be important to do massage after the surgery. This can squeeze out fluid and allow the nose to heal smaller. If that wasn't done, you may need to consider some steroid injections or radiofrequency treatments. Both are quick in office procedures. In some cases we go in and remove the thickened areas for a more contoured results.
