How does the nasal bridge feel after nasal bridge augmentation with ear cartilage?

I am going to have my nasal bridge augmented with ear cartilage (probably free diced cartilage), since it was overresected in primary rhinoplasty. My questions are: 1. How will the nasal bridge feel after healing? Will it feel natural and will it be firm (on the nose)? Can I play contact sports again in the future (e.g. soccer), where a ball hits your face occasionally? 2. How will the ear feel after healing? Will it be as elastic as before the procedure? Will it be bouncing as usual?
