Can I get a revision before 12 months? (Photo)

Question

Repost due to photo issues* I asked for minimal changes such as removing the bump and adding a bit of support in my tip so it didn’t curl under when I smiled. My issue was just my side profile. As you can see in the photos I recieved a whole new nose. I want to add length back and rotate the tip back down. Making it look closer to my natural nose. Can this specific type of change have a revision done before 12 mos? If so when ?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, your tip is extremely over-rotated. Whereas some types of revisions I recommend waiting at least one year, for this type of revision I will do as soon as eight months post-op. The scar tissue needs to be released and extended spreader grafts should be placed to derotate the tip. Tip deprojection should also be performed. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
