I have 12 years old saline implants under the muscle and want them removed. I’m no longer attracted to bigger boobs and would like to see what I would look like with my natural back. They also moved meat up to my collarbone when I flex my pec muscles. My question is, can you simply drain them to give an idea and if so, how long can you wait till you have to have the shells removed or replace them entirely?

Answer: Saline Implant Draining? Hi,Yes you can have them drained in the office to see what the appearance is. It would be advisable to have them removed thereafter within the next 6-12 weeks to avoid any issues. Hope this helped.Best

Answer: Temporary implant deflation You could theoretically have the implants deflated (under local anesthesia by a board certified plastic surgeon) and "live with them" a while to see what you think. They could then be refilled, or removed, at a subsequent surgery. The fact that you "are no longer attracted to bigger" breasts, and that they have the dynamic deformity you show, you probably should just have them out. If you don't like the dynamic deformity aspect but still want some augmentation you could have new, smaller implants placed on top of the muscle.
