Can my saline implants be drained? How long can you wait before you have the shells removed/replaced? (Photos)

First I would like to say thank you for your question. Saline implants can be drained and left in place. I have seen this and have also performed this for various reasons. The downside of deflating them without removing them is that the capsule or scar tissue around the implant will likely get thicker and tighter around the implant which can sometimes lead to discomfort. Typically to just remove them should not cost that much and save you from the other issues of the scar tissue forming. I would suggest asking about all options with your plastic surgeon. the implants can be drained with a needle under local anesthesia.  The shells can be removed from the next day
to a few months.  I recommend a lift
after explantation using The Bellesoma Method. 
This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness
without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to
increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars
are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if
not injured during your previous surgery.

Hi and thank you for your photos and question.  Yes, you can have your saline implants deflated in the office under local anesthesia.  You will then be able to get an idea of what you would like without implants.  There is no maximum time frame that you can leave them in, but removing them is usually quite easy.  Best of luck!
